Products: TechTronicX accepts product exchange or refund within 7 days of receiving the product only if the product is new, in its original packaging, and unused, with the invoice included.
If a customer requests cancellation of a single item while it is in the "shipped" status, a deduction of 100 SAR will be made.
Assemblies: Assemblies cannot be returned for any reason. In case of manufacturing defects, faulty parts will be replaced by the agent.
TechTronicX allows the customer a 1-week period to test the assembly after receiving it and provides remote technical support in case of issues.
After 1 week of the customer receiving the assembly or upon opening the device's box, TechTronicX bears no responsibility for any problems.
If a problem arises within the first 72 hours and cannot be resolved remotely, TechTronicX will bear the shipping costs to and from the customer, after which the customer will bear any additional shipping costs.
If a customer decides to cancel an assembly order while it is in the "assembly," "testing," or "packaging" status, a deduction of 500 SAR will be made from the refunded amount.
If a customer decides to cancel an assembly order while it is in the "shipped" status, a deduction of 600 SAR will be made from the refunded amount.
If the customer does not receive the order and payment was upon delivery, a deposit will be taken for any future orders from the customer.
